Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Devon AI. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a paid plan. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both Essential and Pro (first payment).

2. Recurring subscriptions (Essential & Pro)

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via your Paddle receipt.
  • After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by law or at our discretion (for example, an accidental renewal reported promptly).

3. How refunds are processed

All payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@devonai.xyz with the email address used at purchase and your Paddle order or receipt number. You can also request a refund directly through the link in your Paddle email receipt.

5. Exceptions

  • The free desktop app (used with your own API key) involves no payment and is therefore not subject to refunds.
  • We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
